Detailed Practical Curriculum Outline

3 Lab Modules
  • Design thinking framework, user personas, and empathy mapping for local & global users
  • User flows, sitemaps, and low-fidelity wireframing
  • Typography scales, accessible color systems (WCAG), grids, and visual hierarchy
  • Figma Auto-Layout, Variants, Component Properties, and Design Tokens
  • Smart Animate transitions, interactive mobile/web flows, and usability testing sessions
  • Developer handoff specs and presenting your final UI/UX portfolio project

Course Prerequisites & Lab Requirements

  • No prior design or coding experience required.
  • Passion for digital products, mobile apps, and solving user experience challenges.
  • All physical routers, switches, servers, and lab workstations are provided at our Hargeisa campus.
